- Detailed experienced in the trading SDLC, ability to hone desires to core requirements / needs and to impart knowledge to internal Perficient and client teams
- Understanding of where markets are going to provide a strategic perspective to meet current and future client needs
- Provide guidance to projects on trading platform best practices and standards
- Research business requirements, document user stories, test cases and collaborate with Core team of developers to estimate level of effort
- Lead design discussions with users, technical and functional stakeholders to analyze business functionality, technical evaluation, integration, and data needs to clarify, refine and document requirements
- Create detailed business / functional requirements documents and work closely with the development teams to ensure products meet the business needs
- Differentiate user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
- Work with business owners to convert high-level business and user requirements into prioritized business and functional requirements
- Knowledge of Trading regulations and reporting (FINRA, SEC, CATS, OAT)
- Working understanding of order execution systems, and buying power rules
- Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks to successful completion
- Experience working with a globally distributed team
