- We need someone that can build trust fast and understand the importance of building relationships with the internal partners/stakeholders
- Someone with nonprofit experience is extremely ideal.
- Someone with experience working on systems integration. Keep in mind we are doing a digital transformation. Moving a lot of our complex legacy systems over to new technologies mostly Salesforce
- Must have experience/deep understanding of Agile Methodology
- Experience creating user stories with acceptance criteria
- This is a highly dynamic team and running at full speed.
- Comfortable in a faced paced environment where change happens fast and will need to adopt. Must be a problem solver. Not back down to a challenge.
- The top skill is listening.
- Needs to have an equal understanding of technology and understand the business.
- Highly prefer someone from nonprofit (people coming from the financial sector do not do well in this transition. Higher Ed/Nonprofits truly ideal)
- Highly prefers someone that has experience with NPSP
- Must have experience with Salesforce
