- 4-7 years of BA or corporate transformation experience
- Consulting experience or experience working within Corporate Finance, FP&A a plus
- Problem-solving, quantitative, process driven and analytical skills
- Strong business and data analysis skills w/ BRD and process flow diagram experience
- Working knowledge of databases, proficiency with querying languages such as SQL and Python a plus
- Ability to deliver well-structured analyses and clearly present findings
- Superior organizational skills; ability to multi-task and flex with changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear messages and the competence to lead discussions with senior leaders
- Project management experience covering project inception through execution, implementation and closeout preferred
