Role: Business Analyst ( Capital Market domain must) Location: New York City - Onsite Type: C2C/C2H/FTE/1099 Experience required 9 - 10 years Visa's: H1B, EADs, , Citizens or TN Visa Immediate Joiners # This is an onsite role starts with Hybrid Model # In this role you will be expected to undertake Business Analyst / Business System Analyst responsibilities within ongoing projects being delivered. He candidate should have significant Capital Market Domain & BA knowledge to conduct detailed business systems analysis. Responsibilities!
- Act as a liaison between business, systems analysts, developers and Scrum team /project management groups and gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
- Should Know requirement documentation like BRD, FRD, GAP Analysis, Use Case,
- To understand Wireframes and test strategy document i.e., SIT/UAT.
- Designing Data flow diagram, Business process diagrams, E2E workflows as required for development, delivery, and rollout implementation
- "Own" and "Drive" all activities essential for system business analysis and delivery of entire engagement and impactful recommendation
- Engage with multiple stakeholders including technology resource to explain, clarify and elaborate requirements to enable translation into functional specifications.
- Contribute as an effective communicator & thought leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
