- Key Requirements for Role:
- Understanding of Performance measurement concepts, including:
- security level performance
- daily vs. monthly performance
- calculation methods
- GIPS standards for compliance and data retention
- Reporting of performance data to clients and internal users
- Experience aggregating external account data from other financial institutions
- Understanding of how to prevent external data from polluting books and records, client reports
- Knowledge of real time aggregation tools like Evare, Rage Frameworks and Palette
- Management experience with large conversion projects
- Conversion from legacy platforms
- Testing, implementation, issue resolution
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working with external clients
- Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies
- Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs.
- Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and be able to multi task.

- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience working in the consulting industry
