Job Description
As an inside sales representative at Smaato, you must be aggressive, curious, eager to learn the mobile ad tech space; a good listener with excellent time management skills. You have exceptional verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. You’re self-motivated and a positive team player. Good problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity demonstrated through solid work ethic are essential.
What You'll Do:- Qualify contacts and cultivate relationships that enhance Smaato’s position within the Mobile Publisher community, leading to direct and incremental business.
- Contact dozens of publishers per week via email, phone and Skype.
- Maintain high conversion percentage from qualifying to revenue producing.
- Compile account information on organizational structure (key decision makers and various properties), integration process, existing products/tools necessary to close publisher accounts.
- Maintains regular contact with account base, and increases revenue from positioning and presenting new and existing products, qualifying leads, and closing deals with mobile publishers.
- Qualifies new opportunities and prospects, dimensions the size of opportunities and articulates probabilities of closure in SalesForce.
- Maintains complete and accurate documentation in SalesForce of all activity.
- Maintains broad knowledge of company products and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses of competitors.
- Maintains close working relationship with Smaato Partner Management team to assist in publisher data entry, as well as feedback concerns and requests from prospects.
- Works closely with managers and senior sales team to advance top tier leads.
- Works closely with Partner Management team to service and maintain current Publishers.

- Developed consultative solution-based sales approach
- Very strong customer relationship skills, ability to scrutinize client needs and to interact with all levels of management including and up to executive level
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, target driven, confident and determined
- Well organized, ability to multi-task
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Passion for the Mobile App ecosystem.
- Ability to network and effectively socialize with the App Developer community.
