About this role:Wells Fargo is searching for a Business Execution Director, Lead Business Execution Manager to join the Merchant Services team within the Consumer Lending Card Retail Services group. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .In this role, you will:Manage and develop multiple business functional areas with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, policies, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders, and internal and external partners associated with the area of Business Execution or who are affected by its outcomes
Identify Business Execution opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development over the long-term in order to ensure operational excellence and process efficiency
Lead Business Execution team for assigned initiatives ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities
Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Currently, this position falls under the scope of this mandate.Required Qualifications, US:8+ years of Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:Experience with tracking, monitoring, and implementing corrective actions or information security exceptions for Operational Risk or a combination of both.
Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategies for process improvements
Incident and Change Management evaluation and action plan development skills
Expert Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
Intermediate or above software skills utilizing tableau or other tools.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level
Financial services and Merchant services industry experience
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to manage large scale program initiatives in a complex environment
Ability to evaluate marketing, financial services needs and execute actions
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members change to employees and management
Job Expectations:Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
