Business Operations Manager for the Chief Data Office (CDO). The business operations manager supports and optimizes day to day operations for the CDO team and provides a second set of eyes and ears to better align the CDO team internally, and with stakeholders. The Chief Data Office is a recently established and fast-growing global function within the Firm, with a mission to drive innovation by transforming the Firm leverages data. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of excellence-driven data and technology professionals who are driving mission-critical change within the organization.This role requires an effective multitasker who is comfortable working in complexity and possesses exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. It requires a highly organized, responsive, resourceful, and motivated individual who can juggle and prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is flexible and agile in response to changing priorities and needs and follows through and completes all tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.

Primary Responsibilities•

Reporting & Communications· Ensure recurring reports on programs, key initiatives and ad hoc projects are flowing as scheduled, via standard tools, including the CDO dashboard for monthly executive updates· Help organize team roadshows and other presentations with stakeholders as needed, track resulting action items and follow-up to ensure they are completed· Ensure team members are contributing information according to the CDO Communications Playbook· Keep track of what CDO content (for internal and stakeholders) needs to be updated or created· Plan agenda for weekly CDO Directs meeting, manager meetings, team events, QBRs, Town Halls· Keep minutes and coordinate follow up action items from weekly CDO leadership and other meetings•

Recruiting· Coordinate recruiting efforts on behalf of the CDO with the Talent Acquisition team, including regular tracking of recruiting metrics· Ensure recruiting data and open requisitions are of high quality· Staff Onboarding & Development· Oversee new CDO hire onboarding in coordination with HR· Develop and lead new hires through a CDO-specific onboarding process· Serve as the CDO representative for job role and career path standards, in partnership with HR•

Financial Planning and Budgeting· Lead the annual budget planning process for the CDO team· Manage CDO tracking of financial budget, in partnership with Finance· Ensure contracts are in alignment with budget, and work with CDO leadership team to continually forecast hiring and CapEx/OpEx spend for the year· Manage ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in business operations• Bachelor’s degree• Experience in financial services / performing financial analysis a plus• Experience in program management a plus• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and succinctly• Exceptional attention to detail and sense of urgency• Strategic and creative thought partner with the ability to connect the needs of the organization with the CDO’s remit• Ability to exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience or ability to quickly learn collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.• Analytical and problem-solving skills
