Our products and services cover a wide range of client banking needs including credit cards, basic banking, mortgages and investment advisory services.To deliver on our brand promise, we must operate as a truly client-centric organization, driving a high tech, high touch experience for the full Citi relationship, particularly in the U.S. To do so, we have aligned our structure with our strategy, to ensure we win in the U.S., our largest market, and drive greater client-centricity across product, segment and geography.The Business Transformation team for U.S. Consumer Banking is currently seeking a candidate to support key Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives. The successful candidate will:Support critical transformation and cross-business strategic initiatives, and help ensure effective execution

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of our markets, competitors, and customers using internal and external resources

Own assigned work streams end-to-end; i.e. for a given hypothesis or problem statement – gather and analyze data, interpret results, develop solutions, and summarize for the team in a succinct presentation-ready format

Demonstrate command over all data and analysis relevant to the project or work stream

Own the project plan, maintain repository of relevant data, ensure clear documentation of the team’s analysis and findings, track delivery against action items and milestones, and escalate risks as necessary along with proposed mitigation actions

Assist with development of CEO and Board-level presentations and other ad hoc requests as necessary

Deliver against own work plan, adhering to strong quality standards, with minimal supervision

Candidate Qualifications5-7 years overall experience required

Experience with a major consulting firm, with client assignments of significant scope in consumer financial services preferred

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics or another quantitative discipline, a top-tier MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred

Strong problem-solving skills

Understanding of financial statements and demonstrated expertise in Excel-based modeling and analytics

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor communication to various audiences

Ability to build rapport and partner effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
