- Strong programming skills in C# with experience developing highly performant multithreaded large scale server side and desktop applications.
- Good understanding of design patterns
- Experience with developing front-office trading applications
- Sound knowledge of database concepts and working experience with database tools
- Knowledge of ETF’s trading, pricing is a plus
- Good Excel skills, such as usage of pivot tables or data table analysis
- Some exposure to working with unstructured data sets
- Exposure to APIs gateways, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes ecosystem a plus
- Quantitative development experience is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities and good attention to detail
