Capital Management - Sr Financial AnalystNew York, New York;Charlotte, North CarolinaJob Description:This role resides in the Enterprise & Legal Entity Capital Management group within Corporate Treasury. The group is responsible for the planning and forecasting of capital across different macro-economic and idiosyncratic scenarios varying in severity across the capital-planning continuum, ranging from business as usual to stress environments, including: CCAR/DFAST and Recovery and Resolution. Key business partners include: Balance Sheet Management, Corporate Planning, Global Funding, Global Liquidity Management, Enterprise Stress Testing, and Corporate Strategy.The candidate will join a dynamic environment that offers numerous opportunities to learn, grow, impact and drive changes for the Company. In particular, the candidate will:

Support the capital planning process across multiple legal entities by preparing capital forecasts for the purposes of capital adequacy assessments, recovery planning, resolution planning, etc.

Support weekly integrated financial outlook production process for the Parent Company

Support the assessment of the capital position of BAC and certain of its subsidiaries for the purposes of the Company's Resolution Plan

Support enhancement of the capital management process, including better connectivity across business areas and legal entities

Develop business partnering skills and cross-functional knowledge through interactions with other capital management teams as well as Risk teams, Balance Sheet Management, Corporate Strategy; Global Liquidity Management, Global Stress Testing and Global Recovery & Resolution Planning

Gain knowledge on various capital reporting regimes and their implications for the Company

Required Skills & Experience

BS/BA Finance/Accounting

5+ years experience in Corporate Finance

Highly motivated and enjoys taking initiative

Embraces challenges and change

Deep understanding of financial market dynamics, interest rates, accounting, and financial products

Strong financial analysis skills

Proficient in MS Office tools - Advanced Excel required

Excellent communication and business partnering skills

Ability to work well on a team

Desired Skills & Experience

Familiarity with financial services regulatory environment and capital planning supervisory expectations

Experience in Regulatory Capital, RWA, Stress Testing and related (FRTB, CCAR, Basel III, Basel III reforms, referred to as Basel IV) in a large systemically important bank or management consulting firm
