The Treasury Analytics team within CCB Finance is focused on generating and synthesizing insights to influence CCB's balance sheet strategy. A key aspect of the team's work is measurement and analysis of interest rate risk (IRR), liquidity, capital, and balance sheet costs associated with CCB's $500B of assets and $1T of liabilities. We partner with teams throughout the Firm, including Corporate Treasury, Finance, Risk, Capital Markets, and Chase lines of business (LOBs).Our work spans a wide range of topics and project types. Examples include:Asset-liability management (e.g., analyzing and documenting assumptions for capital, liquidity, IRR, and balance sheet forecasting; monitoring regulatory developments that could impact CCB's balance sheet)

Valuation and profitability (e.g., measuring resource costs, including capital, liquidity, and funds transfer pricing; ensuring accuracy and consistency of inputs; driving best practices across CCB)

Balance sheet optimization and strategy (e.g., synthesizing strategic implications of team's work; monitoring market and economic developments)

Enhancements to business capabilities (e.g., automating processes, working with automation teams to ensure data integrity)

As a member of Treasury Analytics , you will be responsible for driving improvements to JPM's best-in-class asset-liability management. You'll be a part of influencing the direction of CCB's balance sheet, with direct exposure to senior business leaders.Some of the key dimensions of the role are:Data and analytics: Designing and executing financial analyses to guide business decisions; preparing data; ensuring accuracy and integrity of data and results

Communication: Effectively delivering high quality, well-structured written presentations to senior audiences; clearly communicating the team's work to both senior and junior colleagues

Stakeholder and project management : Proactively building relationships and influencing colleagues at all levels to achieve the team's goals; owning and driving end-to-end work streams

Process improvemen t: Leveraging dashboards and other automation tools to reduce errors and increase processing speed

Qualifications:4+ years of full-time work experience, ideally in finance, investment banking, or strategy

Demonstrated ability to pick up complex concepts quickly, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), and work well in cross-functional teams

Quantitatively focused undergraduate or graduate degree (e.g., finance, economics, mathematics, engineering) or other demonstrated quantitative and analytical ability

Relevant knowledge in at least one of the team's key content areas (e.g., capital, liquidity, interest rate risk management, corporate finance, loan or deposit pricing)

Working knowledge of retail banking and products

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. Familiarity with Hyperion Essbase, Dodeca, Tableau highly preferred. Alteryx, SAS, SQL, R, Python experience is a plus
