Our client, a leading utility company is hiring a ERP/Vendor Product Development & Configuration consultant on a contract basis.

Summary
Candidate will be responsible for creation and implementation of change management campaigns involving communication (direct and indirect) with people at various levels of seniority in different business functions within and across the organization. They must work closely with business end users, subject matter experts (SME's), and IT professionals to understand the requirements of different internal and external audiences, develop metrics that displays engagement from business users, how to contextualize the required information, and how to make information relevant to a specific employee's job role. Part of this role will involve encouraging, developing, and supporting the ability of managers to coach employees in their required role through use of change management knowledge, methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; combined with application of various individual and group exercises, workshops, and other interventions. Candidate must be a visionary who create strategic change management plans taking advantage of change methodologies tailored for each specific project or change initiatives. Must also have the ability to draw on internal and external resources to strategically find ways to implement them into current and future strategies. These strategies should involve both the people and technical side of change to ensure change is accepted, digestible, supported, and delivered correctly. Project management knowledge, techniques, and tools should be used to successfully deliver change management plans. Assignment will take place in phases, including but not limited to assessment, development, and implementation.

Skills & Requirements
Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience and expertise with the following technologies and skills: • Development and implementation of a successful change management strategy, content, and communications, including but not limited to: o Blast emails o Banners/Bulletins/Infographics o Focus groups o Interactive discussion with multiple levels of management • MS Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) • MS Project • Coaching • Strategic Thinking • Project management Position requires working in a cross-functional organization and highly dynamic work environment with competing business priorities. Therefore, Candidate must also demonstrate the following working characteristics: • Must be well organized, detail oriented with demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments • Must be comfortable working directly with business users, as well as IT team members. • Must have excellent oral presentation and writing skills. • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate. • PMP certification
