The Digital Investment Banking group is a transformational global team within J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank. This team operates like a true start-up within the larger company.In this role, you will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers and business professionals to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the business world with the technology world. We are looking for leaders with the ability to break down complex business requirements into detailed product requirements that drive product development at speed and scale. In addition to building complex digital products, you will have the opportunity to progress the discipline of Product Management for J.P. Morgan as an organization in the role of a Director of Product Management.As an integral part of our team, you will need to demonstrate the curiosity, passion and tenacity required to build a start-up and to solve complex problems in the largest investment bank in the world. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent practical experience
Experience in developing complex multi-faceted products
Experience leading product of products across organizations and regions
Experience in cross-organizational collaboration to achieve product launches and goals
Experience working with Business, Engineering and Design
Has built extra-ordinarily well crafted digital products with pixel perfection
Have mentored other Product Managers
10 years of product management experience with at least 4 of the 10 in a leadership position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building digital products with a focus on productivity, data, ML in regulated spaces
Good understanding of technical concepts around Infrastructure, Data, ML and new technologies
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and products
Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time
Ability to gain executive sponsorship while managing a diverse portfolio of products with different risk levels
Passionate about solving complex productivity problems with no obvious digital equivalents
Experience establishing a Product Management discipline from scratch
Proven track record of hiring excellent Product Management talent
