Manhattan, NY (onsite 5 days a month) Citrix CVAD engineer to augment EUC Virtualization team operations. Responsibilities: - CVAD Administration and Management on an enterprise level - Conducting operations procedures on Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) platform - 3rd level support for help desk tickets in resolving end user issues - Serve as liaison to vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix) to facilitate problem resolution. Requirements: - Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills - 5+ years of experience supporting CVAD environments: Citrix Published Apps, Desktops (VDI and RDSH) / StoreFront / Workspace client on Windows, MAC, ChromeOS, iPads etc. - Direct, hands on experience with Citrix PVS operations is a mandatory requirement - Solid foundational knowledge and experience in supporting Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policies, Citrix Policies, LAN/WAN Networking - Experience in Healthcare field, inclusive of thinclient (IGEL, ChromeOS, Wyse etc) implementations strongly preferred. - Experience in supporting CVAD in conjunction with Imprivata OneSign strongly preferred - Availability for off hours work (night /weekend, 1-2 times a week) is a requirement - This is a hybrid position that is primarily remote. Flexibility to work onsite in NYC midtown east on an as-needed basis is required.
