Description:

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):Utilizing your industry expertise and market insight you’ll be able to influence senior leaders and partner in strategic workforce planning. You’ll leverage your broad network to identify diverse talent to meet the needs of the business. You will serve as a strategic consultant to your client and partner to bring great talent to their organization.

You’ll need to have:Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of creative marketing or advertising agency recruitment experienceExperience hiring Creative Directors (Social, Art, Motion, Design, etc.), Designers, Copywriters, Retouchers, Account Management, Producers, Account Management, or similar skill sets.Experience consulting and negotiating with multiple stakeholders.

DESIRED SKILLS:Even better if you have:Creative Marketing or Agency industry market knowledge.An established candidate network in the Creative marketing field.Experience sourcing top talent for a variety of roles in a competitive market from top tier brands and agencies focusing on passive candidates.Experience with complex benefit and salary negotiations.Skilled in presenting compelling talent acquisition and workforce planning recommendations to Senior Leaders.

JOB DUTIES:You’ll serve as a talent advisor to leadership as you design and deliver on strategic talent acquisition initiatives to drive our business forward. Your approach to hiring will demonstrate our belief that people are our most valued asset. The people you attract will become a part of our community of hardworking, driven individuals that make Client a great place to work.

You’ll help the team to grow Client’s brand across all customer touch points by delivering creative excellence across Social, Retail, Digital, and Design channels . The Creative Marketing Group allows creatives and strategists to be closer to their clients enabling them to use their talents to evolve the CLient brand to become a leading technology player.

Facilitating and executing the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire client employees.Partnering with stakeholders to clarify talent needs, define what success looks like, and advise the client’s hiring strategy.Utilizing business insights, market expertise, and established connections to monitor the staffing marketplace and competitive environment.Developing, designing, and adjusting the sourcing strategy to attract top talent while focusing on creating relationships with potential candidates.Leveraging established, well-defined networks and pre-existing industry connections to identify potential candidates with a focus on proactive recruitment.Engaging and managing any external agency relationships and/or industry-specific organizations involved in supporting your client group.Facilitating complex negotiations and strategies involving multiple factors.Ensuring compliance with recruiting processes and recruiting KPI’s.Leveraging recruiting expertise to support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.• Six or more years of relevant work experience.

LOGISTICS:• 9am-5pm Monday through Friday
