MDMS is recruiting for a Credit Analyst for a bank in NY/NJ. You will be responsible for credit analysis of new and existing clients, and will focus on private equity, insurance, and mortgages clients. A majority of this role will revolve around counterparty credit and candidates must have a strong background in that space. You will process credit requests, identify credit quality deterioration, propose obligator ratings, and prepare credit analysis. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in credit analysis.- Strong MS Office skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.- Experience analyzing/evaluating counterparty risk and financial conditions utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.- The ability to investigate/research/synthesize data and make appropriate conclusions as to what is causing the observed result(s).- Knowledge of capital markets/traded products and a committed financing facility.- Experience with documentation such as ISDA/CSA, GMRA/MRA, lending credit agreements.- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
