S No. 15This position is a project lead and daily business responsibility role for the Firms Booking Controls including capture and maintain an accurate record of all transactions that are executed as a part of its business activities. Citi has established the Booking Control Program to define and enforce universal booking principles for all Businesses and Global Functions (e.g., Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, and EIO&T), establish associated control requirements, related governance activities, and roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in booking processes. This enables Citi to implement a consistent approach to booking and establishes a framework to describe and measure good booking processes and provides the necessary end oversight. This project crosses all sections of the CTI Business including the Rates, MBS, FX, and Capital Markets. The projects span all aspects of the business from Trade execution, P&L, Risk, Pricing, Valuation, Products, Operations, Accounting, Legal and Compliance. The role will also require assistance with BAU daily reporting and analysis for business specific issues.Job RequirementsThe project manager will require strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple presentations. The core responsibility for this role will be to lead multiple business projects that require the implementation of system and business process changes installation of technical (system) and/or operational (procedural) change.Responsibilities:Lead multiple projects and be accountable for delivering business initiatives & Regulatory requirements for the CTI Business

Collaborate with CTI business unit managers, CTI trading desks, Product Control, Risk, Operations, Technology and other area’s to understand the key business problems while partnering with The Solutions Group (Finance Transformation & Governance FTG) to identify best-in-class, sustainable solutions

Succinctly present project updates including risks, issues and general progress at an executive level on a weekly basis

Meticulous daily managing of your delivery schedule by using a clear & cogent project plan(s)

Participate and manage the authoring of Project plans, Charters, BRDs & Test Plans and overall project execution as required.

Work closely with business and finance partners to understand business requirements

Chairing weekly working group meetings with stakeholders across CTI trading desks, product control, risk, operations & technology

Clear summarizing of key discussion points and action items upon meeting closure

Partnering with accountable participants to ensure prompt follow-ups are completed

Tracking general progress and escalating all risks and issues on a daily basis

Assist in BAU process, reporting, and analytic review.

Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required. Graduate level degree a plus.

3-7 years of experience within project management, financial services or consulting

Experience communicating with senior managers and program sponsors

Significant intellectual curiosity and desire to learn how Citi Treasury functions

Superior attention to detail and diligence sufficient to withstand scrutiny of a senior audience

Must be a strong influencer and have partnering skills

Abstract critical thinking and problem solving skills

Good understanding of understanding of a bank’s balance sheet

Technical skills a plus: MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power Bi

Education:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required. Graduate level degree a plus.
