Job Description:

Our client is hiring a Consultant, a

Static Data Analyst / Information and Data Management Reference Specialist - to provide support for Client and Product data set-up and maintenance in various systems and applications, across multiple business lines. The quality and integrity of static data is essential to the business process, as is the control and ongoing maintenance, with impact reaching from Client on-boarding, trading, confirmation and settlement through to regulatory reporting. The client is a global investment bank, located

in NYC , This is an on-site Hybrid Work Model and Candidates must be local to the NY Office.
  • The Data Analyst is responsible for the data capture and ongoing maintenance of client and security reference data
  • Intra Day Queue Management
  • Resolve problems independently and escalate as required.
  • Perform regular controls and reconciliations to ensure data captured is correct

THE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Gather data from various internal and external sources (client files, electronic files) to complete the Know-Your-Customer data profile
  • Communicate with Relevant Ops and Compliance Areas regarding the set-up of new clients
  • Understand Client and SSI processes
  • Understand Security Set Up and Maintenance processes
  • Participate in delivery of key tactical technology implementation
  • Monitor daily databases.
