- Preparing monthly dashboard and quarterly reporting on key Membership metrics, including demographic breakdowns by geography, age, membership type, etc.
- Assisting in creating reports for other business units and international offices
- Assisting team with monthly forecasting process, including downloading reports, partnering with team members to consolidate numbers, and key data into financial system
- Updating member lists periodically with vendors for specific benefits
- Assisting in updating existing forecasting models and weekly projections to stay on target.
