Role: Data Center Operations EngineerLocation: Naperville, IL, and Dallas, TX (Onsite) DescriptionData Center Operations Engineer Perform operational support and maintenance of the core Hosting network infrastructure: Switches (Client, Nokia, Dell, FortiGate), Load Balancers (F5), Routers (Nokia), and Network Visibility (SolarWinds), Servers (Client). Maintain the complete product life cycle of network equipment and services. Support engineering and hosting projects. Participating with installations and documenting and enforcing network standards. Develop and maintain network topology, solution, and network-flow diagrams. Assist with maximizing network performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages. Secure network systems by implementing security controls and establishing and enforcing policies; defining and monitoring access. Provide on-call 24x7 support when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent in experience and expertise Must have experience working with F5 load balancers and the capability to provide expert support and operation of the Client, Nokia, Dell, FortiGate firewalls/switches we have in place Experience with network routing, firewall rules, network switching Proven ability to solve problems creatively Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Public cloud (AWS) and SaaS experience Excellent customer focus and customer handling skillsThanks & RegardsKamalTechnical RecruiterTanisha Systems Inc
