- Work closely with the engineering, data, and security teams to implement public cloud data infrastructure
- Participate in all aspect of cloud and data engineering, as well as system integration
- Design, code and test new cloud technologies and respective modules/applications.
- Review and optimize the existing data infrastructure
- Evaluate and implement data infrastructure on Azure, with appropriate access control and secure configuration
- Create and document test cases to meet requirements
- Improve end-to-end infrastructure operations through better use of logging, monitoring, and scripting
- Implementing cloud governance, build, deployment, and monitoring
- 5+ year of experience in engineering and infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in implementation of cloud infrastructure, such as Azure, AWS
- Experience in SQL server administration
- Expertise in data engineering and cloud data processing services such as Data Factory, Data-bricks, azure monitoring, functions, etc
- Background in data warehouse technology, such as Snowflake, is preferable
- Knowledge of SQL and Python, other languages are preferable (PySpark, Java)
- Good communication and collaboration skills are essential
- Ability to quickly adapt new technologies and learn new practices.
