This position is opened in a team responsible for client system integration and processing and maintaining instrument data from various vendors and internal applications.Associate for this position will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Exploring and analyzing data formats used in a company and 3rd-party products
  • Integrating new data feeds into existing product using capabilities of in-house developed tool and C#
  • Help team during integration with other components – setup products, troubleshoot issues during integration
  • Write scripts for automation daily routine tasks (in data loading field)
  • Writing documentation on data transformation

Tech skills required for these areas:
  • 1+ year of experience in C# software development
  • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Practical using of design patterns
  • Practical using of unit testing
  • T-SQL fluent enough to develop procedures/views, and read and understand existing procedures/views
  • Experience in dealing with YAML, JSON, XML is a plus
  • Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or Mathematics
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Financial knowledge is a plus, interest in this field is required

Soft skills required:
  • Ability to learn fast and good analytical skills – we have huge project with a lot of unknowns, and we need a person who can start contributing quickly
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills – we prefer people who own their tasks and can work independently where possible
  • Pro-activity – we need people who can focus on what’s important between delivering other planned and urgent tasks
  • Good communication skills – we have team distributed internationally; we work remotely now; that shouldn’t be a challenge for successful candidate
