Desktop and Application Support Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Software Deployment Management via SCCM / Intune and Client-side deployment issue troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical expertise on End User Device Management and Citrix technical management and troubleshooting.
  • Provide 3rd line support for issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line support teams. Provide client facing approach in troubleshooting complex issue.
  • Work with local and global support teams, as well as vendors to remediate all issue or develop solution.
  • Review new software requests, document application integration steps, track packaging requests and plan deployment.
  • Coordinate testing with business team on highlighting user experience for software upgrade and deployment.
  • Coordinate and document the laptop machine build steps and procedures.
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvements.
  • Work on other IT assignments/projects/initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of IT troubleshooting in a professional services firm and/or law firm experience is preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in planning and supporting cloud or internally hosted application portfolio is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in performing application integration and troubleshooting, diagnostics, research, and evaluation and/or interaction with IT staff or vendors in testing and operational support of complex system hardware and software problems and documentation of solutions.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating system and application integration including Microsoft SCCM (or similar product), Powershell Scripting, Microsoft Office, and a working knowledge of Citrix, basic TCP/IP networking experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer service focus through clear recognition and understanding of the client's needs and expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization including but not limited to: clients, IT management, technical staff and consultants. Must be able to tailor their own style to meet the needs of individuals at various levels.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in a support, testing and application support role.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented.
  • Interested in learning new technologies with a readiness to participate in Infrastructure projects.
  • Displays flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
  • Must be independently legally authorized to work in the United States.
