I am currently working with a financial firm in the NYC, NY area that is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer. Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Cloud Ops to support various Cloud environments, strengthen and maintain the management of the build and deploy processes and infrastructure, and design/engineer the DevOps CI/CD tooling and platform road-map. You will also be expected to seamlessly integrate DevOps with infrastructure and automation platforms, automate the full SDLC and PDLC life-cycle process, and ensure security best practices are followed during the automated CI/CD processes.

The experience needed to sufficiently complete your tasks would be:

Atlassian experience
- Jira or Bitbucket, Confluence is helpful but not required
Multiple Scripting Languages
- Python, Powershell, Perl, Javascript
Excellent CI/CD experience
Strong Automation tool experience
- Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, etc.
Docker or Kubernetes
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and prioritize work against competing deadlines and changing business priorities
