The Secure Channels team is seeking a highly effective and innovative Digital Product Manager who will grow into becoming a subject matter expert on the Chase Mobile digital experience, and will be supporting product and development related activities, with a focus on the overseeing the product lifecycle from concept inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, results driven, agile environment. The candidate will work closely with partners across digital, technology, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to outline requirements, help identify and assess potential solutions, and create a roadmap that modernizes the platform while enabling delivery of a delightful and performant customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, results driven, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesHelp define product vision, and solution design through clear understanding of the business and customer need

Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, and functional partners to drive product initiatives.

Partner with Digital and other key stakeholders to ensure effective prioritization

Own end-to-end delivery of product features, and identify and manage cross-impact dependencies and risks

Create initiatives, and refine epics in JIRA, as well as identify and engage cross-impacted teams to prioritize work.

Defining, measure and report on product analytics and success metrics

Present updates to stakeholders and communicate progress through various forums.

Analyze and synthesize key themes from product analytics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive product planning

Qualifications3+ years of work experience in product management, business analysis, or equivalent role.

Digital product launch and lifecycle management experience preferred; client-facing product experience essential.

Must be customer experience-obsessed.

Financial industry, digital banking, mobile is highly desirable

Excellent hands-on capabilities with office productivity, data analysis tools, and issue tracking tools (e.g. JIRA).

Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and risks with calmness and diligence

Team-oriented disposition and positive attitude.

Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment

Be the face of the mobile team when partnering throughout the organization, strong storytelling skills to drive alignment throughout the product development process, etc.

Resourceful and a results-oriented self-starter.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion concurrently.
