Envizi supports over 150 clients globally on their journey to become more sustainable, we are currently looking for an Ecosystems Leader to join our team.Responsibilities include:Owns short, medium, and long-term Ecosystem strategy to meet revenue and signings objectives with Ecosystem partners across Automation Platforms

Advocates for partners with brand leadership and looks for new opportunities to scale with the ecosystem within their brand and client set

Leads the IBM Ecosystem team to identify, progress and close opportunities with a competitive mindset

Advocates for partners and Ecosystem team within IBM (ensuring Ecosystem team has access to key resources across IBM, Business Units, and sellers as needed)

Drives recruitment and onboarding of new partners, with targets to drive revenue with new partners

Coordinates technical enablement support for target partners

Drive partner onboarding process - register on partner world, introduce to IBM systems, resources, etc.

Proactively identify where Brand SMEs or Build and Service team investments are needed to progress a deal/partnership

Accelerate the adoption and deployment of Automation Unit strategy.

Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseA minimum of 16 years client facing technical experience 

Demonstrable experience of building enterprise software solutions

IT Executive Architect level development experience     

Demonstrable experience of managing indirect sales campaigns with partners

A busy hunter running both installed base and new logo sales activities

Proven discipline around accurate forecasting and expectation setting.

A grasp of the key customer challenges and trends in Automation Unit space

An understanding of the IT Ops Market

Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseA broad professional network of customers and business partners in the IT Ops marketplace.

Exposure to multiple Industry Domains where you have implemented or done deep consulting.

Exposure to machine learning, chatbot or AI platforms

Deep expertise with at least one of IBM DB2, Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server database

Exposure to areas like new solution innovation and pre-sales

Exposure to other Automation, Process management, Integration platforms would be an added advantage.
