The ECMO Program Manager (PM) is a senior-level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of the Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) business. These tasks may include managing the pipeline of ECMO support efforts, business continuity, reporting, and ad hoc projects as necessary.Responsibilities:
Drive administrative, operational, reporting (on RAID log and KPIs for example) and quality improvements of running the program and portfolio of initiatives through partnership with internal teams
Responsible for all cross workstream and administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including financial, staffing, quality, risk and regulatory matters
Provide oversight of the Business-Critical Milestone Reporting process and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy
Ensure headcount is accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, and onboarding and termination of resources are managed
Work with leadership to support the Business People strategy as well as the Communication strategy for the CAO
Gather and interpret change initiative health check data and support the development of aligned risk mitigation plans
Responsible for liaising across stakeholders to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Experience in building capabilities (an understanding of how the changes will impact the frontline’s job and skills)
Interest in acquiring Knowledge of change management (preference for formal experience or training in CM)
Demonstrated ability to manage a team
Proven ability to problem solve and work in high-pressure and ambiguous environments
Consistently demonstrate excellent interpersonal relationships and ability to influence via clear and concise written and verbal communication
