Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Executive Director to drive end-to-end Product strategy, vision and engagement covering Pay By Bank and Request for Payment in the New Payment Rails (NPR) product group. The NPR team is responsible for driving product engagement across all rails including TCH RTP, FedNow, Zelle, as well as Central Bank Digital Currency and Crypto. The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to Pay By Bank, Request for Payment, data aggregation, overlay and value added services such as fraud and risk services, tokens and more. In this role, the candidate will drive product strategy, differentiation and prioritization across all rails and new ways in which money and data will move. This role will partner directly with NPR leadership. It comes with expectations of high visibility, industry engagement, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership.Role DescriptionResponsibilities include:Engage with industry and internal JPMC stakeholders to prioritize rail engagement and set a differentiated strategy for each, where and when appropriate. Stakeholders include strategy, product, risk, legal and technology.

Collaborate with the execution teams to ensure alignment of product roadmap and priorities to the overall cross-rail strategy and vision.

Identify and communicate aspects of each rail that should be consistent or different, as well as the opportunities and risks for each.

Drive engagement and set a roadmap for partnerships with aggregators and how the use of their services will impact data and money movement.

Support/own day-to-day engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Drive product strategy work and tactical planning.

Ability to develop and deliver persuasive arguments in support of the overarching strategy.

Extract insights from data analyses to inform business and strategic decisions.

Perform business casing, forecasting and market sizing.

Manage key relationships and communications with stakeholders, including risk, compliance, controls, operations, marketing, designers, research and etc.

Work with cross-functional partners (e.g., finance, legal, risk) to develop financial business cases and ensure product controls, compliance, and risk environment.

Requirements:10+ years with strategy, product and ideally payments experience

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way: "tell a story"

Self-starter; effectively solves problems and shares ideas for improvement with clear prioritization.

Create high impact executive presentations, decks and reviews.

Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills across business and technology partners, including senior leadership.

Experience with payments systems, networks, regulators or similar

Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform at high standards with limited supervision with an attention to detail.

Ability to independently manage multiple dependencies, get commitments and drive escalations.

Financial services and retail banking background is a plus.

Exercise sound judgment; act with integrity; protect our company, clients and customers.

MBA/Graduate degree strongly preferred
