This is a 12 months initial contract role.key to the role : Financial or Trading or Investment Banking experience or domain knowledge is required.RESPONSIBILITIESImplementation and configuration of custom Fenergo Framework based on .NET 4.5 technology Developing applications from detailed design specificationsTranslate client business requirements into working features by configuring the Fenergo FrameworkDevelop expertise in understanding and configuration of the Fenergo ProductDevelop automated unit tests and responsibility for testing own code before Systems Test and QA phase/environment Create and maintain technical documentation and associated artifactsEstimate and track tasks and other work items against project deadlinesProduct installation in test and client environmentsIntegration with both internal and external API's Data Mapping and data migration/integrationWorking with the QA team in managing the system test cycle and working to fix bugs and other issuesAbility to troubleshoot and fix bugs and configuration issuesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with the project and client teamsProvide guidance and support to more junior team members Communicate and interact effectively with all internal and external project teamsRequired Skills.NET/C# experience e.g. Visual Studio, Eclipse, or other IDE experience Experience using XML Source Control experience, e.g. Git, Mercurial, etc Experience or knowledge of Web Servers, e.g. IIS, Apache, etc.Some experience with ActiveMQ, IBMmqSome experience with Windows Workflow FoundationExperience with SQL Server or Oracle DB, SSIS or ODI is a plus Strong problem identification and problem solving skills Strong written & verbal communication skills Proactive and can work independently or as part of a team Quick LearnerNICE TO HAVEExperience in TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven development) Experience with TFS or Git Knowledge on Docker Ability to work in globally distributed teams Experience in an Agile environmentExposure to the financial services industry
