Remote to start with. Immediate backfill role.Responsibilities: Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting Banks core Applications, in-house developed and 3rd Party developed which are hosted internally
- Windows 2012 and 2016 (configuring and installation of applications)
- Support Fircosoft Implementation and associated applications listed.
- FIRCOSOFT CONTINUTY 5.8 (Multiplexer, Requester, DBClient, Case Manager API, Stripping Detector, Decision Reapplication, Utilities like FUM, FML and FMM and the Front-end) and FIRCOSOFT TRUST 5.8
- Additional Skills preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL & Oracle databases
- Basic experience in Backup and Recovery
- Working Knowledge of Privilege Account usage tools. I.e. CyberArk
- Good knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, AIX 7.1, and LINUX 7.6
- Citrix platforms
- Work as part of a project team to support and implement as part of the Project
- Produce comprehensive system documentation
- Adhere to established SLAs in responding to and completing service tickets, including providing a high level of customer support, detailed root cause analysis, and trouble reports for system outages
- Adhere to established departmental operational policies and procedures
- Daily monitoring of all production applications and systems
- Analyses operating systems, middleware components, and third-party vendor systems to determine what patches are required, then coordinate across groups to ensure patch levels are met
- Support Business hours 7am – 6pm (Shift rotation on monthly bases)
