The Change Team will be critical to the successful development, deployment and adoption of the technology ecosystem that underpins the transformation of these digitized end-to end processes. The team will operate at the intersection between Leadership, Product Leads and our Recruiters; helping shape the transformation story and experience through the development and delivery of a communications, training content, and a Global Change Network. The RoleThrough your leadership of the change team, you will have the opportunity to directly shape the transformation story and drive the success of recruiting at Accenture; moving recruiting into a Future Ready, intelligent enterprise. You’ll partner with global and local leadership to bring the vision to life and communicate the story across the organization, ensuring the smooth transition to newly digitized end-to-end processes through robust programs of communication and training. Typical ResponsibilitiesWork closely with global and local Leadership to develop a change strategy that supports, enables and champions the HR Future Enterprise vision for Recruiting at Accenture.

Partner with Product and Business Leads to ensure key stakeholders, messages and change outputs are captured and developed into communications and training plans that address both skills and behaviors.

Shape the overall communication strategy, including ownership of the stakeholder engagement strategy

Work with the Training Lead to shape the End-to-End training model and training delivery strategy.

Design, develop and own the technology adoption plan that supports strategic outcomes and addresses concerns or issues raised through the Global Change Network.

Partner with Leadership to understand key strategic outcomes and measurements of success.

Oversee Change Network Communications and activities including readiness planning, forums, milestone management, and measuring success.

Provide regular change scorecard and progress reports to global and local leadership.

Partner with the CoE align on strategic communications and training roadmaps and outcomes.

Collaborate, consult with, and align with various internal Accenture teams on the change strategy to drive awareness and ensure impacts are widely understood.

Responsible for issue and risk resolution.

This is a remote role. Job location is flexible.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a highly matrixed global organization.

Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.

Experience of designing, developing and delivering strategic programs globally.

Recruiting delivery and leadership experience preferable; ability to intuitively understand the change story’s impacts and focus on what’s significant.

Professional Skills:Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.

Great organizational, project, and time management skills.

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
