Our team is focused on enabling Accenture to become a strategic evidence-led function for our current and talent needs. Central to this is the foundation of our recruiting technology to You will be a key player in Accenture's global Recruiting & Onboarding process optimization efforts with a focus on ensuring that Accenture's R&O Workday implementation is optimized for all countries in which we operate. Your work will impact a global recruiting team of over 4,000 recruiters, enabling them to manage their work, build and foster strategic relationships with hiring managers and candidates. As Specialists on the Workday process optimization team, you will lead detailed process optimization reviews of Accenture's global Recruiting and Onboarding functions and will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, recommending, testing, and delivering process improvements. You will evaluate current processes and participate in process review exercises to uncover Optimization opportunities and work together with the Process Optimization manager to prioritize and deliver efficiencies through optimization. You should be strong proven collaborators and have exceptional process and communication skills. As current processes become optimized these individuals will expand their role to include innovation opportunities in the areas of people, process, and technology to contribute to world class recruiting and onboarding processes. What can you look forward to? Utilizing your innate interest in detailing out processes, passion for identifying improvement opportunities, and envisioning and delivering a new way of operating. Review, adjust and/or design functional processes against global and MU requirements Evaluating system limitations and identifying improvement / innovation opportunities for designated function and recommending feature/enhancement changes to global recruiting leadership Prioritize PBIs (product backlog items) for Workday Recruiting & Onboarding Scrum Teams Resolving complex technical issues through participation in testing and delivery of final processes Partnership with Change Management to ensure new processes / messages / training points are delivered Basic Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Recruiting (corporate, agency, or consulting), or HR (Service Delivery, Talent, etc.) role.

Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing user expectations and requirements

Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other advanced process excellence projects/programs.

Experience in applying Agile principles in your ways of working and projects

Consultative skills and ability to think about product delivery with an “outside in” mindset

Demonstrated experience in Workday Recruiting or other applicant tracking system.

Professional Skills:Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
