- Own and maintain the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) Process and Plan
- Identify & prosecute opportunities for improvement to efficiency & effectiveness of the Services
- Test the IT recovery plans on an agreed schedule.
- Define acceptance criteria for each IT Service Continuity test
- Produce periodic reports upon request, monitoring the health of the IT Disaster Recovery / failover services, identifying issues and remediation activities.
- Identify and record risks associated with the tests and make these visible to all Parties.
- Provide leadership, and coordinate technical resources during DR or DR Tests.
- Identify and govern ITSC related risks, as well as maintaining visibility and awareness of related Risks, Issues, and Improvements.
- Plan and maintain the DR test schedule, and execute DR tests in accord with the published Test Plans.
- Have a proven track record in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and can demonstrate handling an assurance / risk based managed ITSCM process and exercises
- Experience in implementing, applying, and governing IT Service Continuity Management standards and procedures
- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing hardware,software assets
- Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
- At least 5+ years of work experience in IT Service Continuity Management organizations
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation
