Overview : Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will be responsible for building our social media presence, developing our blog and our influencer marketing programs.
You will execute brand and content strategies to activate compelling digital stories on our key social channels. What you'll do : - Lead organic social strategy (including content planning, development, and management of a content calendar) to drive user growth, engagement, and community across channels and enforce a consistent brand presence and narrative - Oversee community management of all social channels;
implement a process for swift and accurate responses to all inbound engagement, comments, and messages - Collaborate closely with Product and Growth teams to develop effective content that ensures integrated campaigns - Assist Growth, Data, and Product teams in developing content for organic blog - Identify and curate network of social influencers and partners - Explore and pursue opportunities to build social advocacy networks (e.
g. Facebook Groups) - Responsible for tracking and reporting on social metrics and using this data to drive decision-making - Stay abreast of competitor / peer set social media efforts and emerging / evolving social media trends and apply observations to strategy - Optimize presence on employer-focused channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn) to strengthen recruitment branding efforts Who you are : - Must have a minimum of 2 years experience managing social media for an established brand - Understanding and knowledge of financial markets and the fintech industry - Proven success as a content developer and social community activator - Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite - Excellent writing, prooing, editing skills - Organized and action-oriented - Strong track record of concepting initiatives from outcomes / objectives, managing projects with little direction, effectively communicating progress and roadblocks, and driving measurable results - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a lean team #piq
