On a daily basis analysts on the team review millions of prospects and billions of customer level transactions using big data tools and machine learning, AI techniques to unlock opportunities for our clients in meeting their financial needs and create economic value for the bank.The Analytics Technology and Innovation team drives development of latest technology capability and drives work effort across analytics, reporting and technology in support of all our partners. The team extracts relevant insights, identifies business opportunities, converts business problems into modeling framework, uses big data tools, latest deep learning toolkit and designs go-to-market strategies for a huge variety of business problems.What’s expected from you?As Head of Prelogin Data and Capabilities, we are seeking an experienced candidate who should be able to perform below behaviors in their day to day role:Capabilities Assessment, Prioritization and Road-mapping – Identify, design and deliver multiple, complex marketing and data capabilities that future proof and grow our digital acquisitions. Conduct regular research and stay in touch with industry trends, review Citi’s traffic trends and propose a roadmap that enables delivery of Citi’s Digital Acquisitions strategy.

Product Management – Clear understanding of the Pre-login platform, including gaps & opportunities leveraging a data driven approach to ensure robust backlog creation and execution

Leadership skills – Inspire a team of seasoned product owners by setting the vision and principles and support them to bring their best to work every day and encouraging people to take personal responsibility for their own development

Strategic acumen – Should possess ability to see the big picture of business, identify and understand emerging trends, challenge status quo and design goals for growth. Regularly monitor competition, industry developments and incorporate visitor data insights to deliver personalization features

Collaboration skills – Build partnerships and relationships across the business, tech, vendor and governance teams to deliver vetted solutions that business partners are aligned with

Communication skills – Ability to translate and articulate technical thoughts and ideas to a larger audience including influencing skills with peers and senior management

Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree with 10+ years experience digital product management

Expertise in the tech behind digital personalization components and drivers

Have led RFPs for personalization tools across data, identity and real time decisioning

Well versed in the digital identity resolution space as the customer is in a pre-login state

Proven ability to work with architects and engineers to design and evolve the pre-login platform, developing roadmap to expand digital marketing capabilities and personalization of consumer experience

Proven ability to lead teams in the deployment of new Data and MarTech tools, providing expert support on key design and data decisions, driving implementation and speed to market

Proven ability to influence stakeholders on the vision and ability to execute and deliver upon the vision promised

Knowledge of data management, data governance, data security and regulatory practices

Ability to identify, clearly articulate and solve complex business problems and present them to the management in a structured and simpler form

Strong people management, communication and collaboration skills

Should have experience of working with a geographically dispersed team

Multiple (sometimes conflicting) stake holder management

Preferred QualificationsMasters Degree

Experience in Credit Cards and Retail Banking

Deep understanding of the technical/organizational challenges and complexity of implementing data and marketing technology solutions

Deep understanding of the ad and marketing technology landscape across key players (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, Live Ramp etc), industry dynamics, and disruptive trends
