Job Title:Jira/Confluence specialist Location:Fully remote (EST Working hours) Duration:6-12+ months Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Atlassian suite of tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
- Administer, configure, and support Jira and Confluence including projects, spaces, permissions, users, roles, reporting, dashboards, workflows, custom fields, issue security, via scripting, add-ons, and the REST API
- Translate business reporting requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage JIRA and confluence capabilities
- Guide users on how best to leverage JIRA to drive reporting in confluence as well as create user guides.
- Use tools to drive data quality and completeness.
