These are the kind of tasks you’ll complete:

Support the operational component of the Youth Apprentice Program

Maintain critical program documentation and information

Coordinate various activities that could include project planning, logistics, and outreach

Provide coaching and support (time reporting, technology, etc.) to youth apprentices

Develop and support the creation of materials and communications related to the program

Generate and analyze operational information

Collaborate with teammates and internal/external partners

Work on special projects to expand your Human Resources knowledge and skills

Role RequirementsAbility to be in the Accenture New York City office at least 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday)

Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year Accenture experience or relevant external certification

Preferred Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Professional Skills:Organized: You are responsible and possess discipline and determination. You are focused; a planner who likes to achieve and improve

Time Management: You know how to get your work done by due dates and can reprioritize with agility.

Project Management: You can develop a project plan and execute it with minimal supervision

Communications: You are an effective communicator (written and verbal) and active listener

Self-Starter: You seek opportunities to make change, learn, and contribute

Service Orientated: You are passionate and enjoy helping others

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $39,300 - $71,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
