DescriptionHRIS Analyst will cover support, project/enhancements and strategy of the Recruitment products.

Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or problems with the platform, maintain configuration workbook, and configure products to meet business needs

Project/Enhancements: Implement On boarding and Recruitment Marketing, managing the Recruitment & On boarding release processes

Strategy: Provide input into further enhancements, especially in improving user experience, candidate attraction & engagement.

ProfileHRIS Analyst MUST HAVE:

1. Strong working knowledge of Success Factors Recruitment

2. Knowledge of Recruitment and On boarding processes

3. Proficiency in MS Work, and able to create well formatted documents.

4. Prior work experience in Financial Services.
