- IBM Sterling Order Management experience of 5+ years
- Strong technical and implementation expertise on IBM OMoC
- Strong experience on OMS Store order management customization with the new angular.js framework
- Capable to design a solution for IBM OMS order fulfillment, store order capture and call center order management features
- Prepare detail level technical design document that includes the product customization and implementation strategy
- Provide technical support to build the OMS interfaces with the respective integration/Middleware system
- Guide quality assurance team with right scenarios to ensure there are no tech pitfalls
- Capable to lead a team of developers and review their deliverables
