Role: Information Technology - Cyber Consultant

Role Description:
The

Information Technology - Cyber Consultant must have at least 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

- Process Design and Operating Model. - Review the Company s existing processes for vendor engagement process.

- Conduct workshops with applicable stakeholders to brainstorm a future-state vendor engagement process.

- Develop a future-state process flow with defined roles and responsibilities.

- Agree on engagement and escalation protocols.

- Refine communication templates (to business, to vendors etc.) including follow-up reminders.

- Vendor Identification.

- Review the existing Records of Processing or procurement artifacts to identify third party data transfers

- Identify the applicable DPA templates and language that should be reflected in current contracts - Review the relevant contract language and highlight draft modifications to the individual contracts

- Consolidate a list of contracts in which contract

- Amendments do not meet required language

- Support the design of a privacy risk ranking criteria that can be applied to risk rank third parties and processors

- Vendor Contract Updates (PMO)

- Reach out to vendors updates and support remediation completion or escalation

- Provide status updates on remediation status and escalate to the necessary stakeholders

- Update Company s contract tracker (e.g., tracking sheet, GRC tool, or vendor management tool) with appropriate vendor contact info and negotiation/remediation notes.

- Summarize and report to Company s stakeholders on all vendors

Transfer Impact Assessments

- Conduct workshops with Company s stakeholders to understand core processes and flows.

- Send TIA questionnaires to vendors for completion

- Review completed vendor TIA responses and compare with contract updates

- Coordinate with Company stakeholders to prioritize cross-border transfer remediation activities - Map the prioritized Company third party vendors and service providers that have access to personal data

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis
