Job Title: Innovation Product Manager

Location: (Onsite) Chicago or New York City Long Term

Job Responsibilities: • Be a champion for innovation within the organization.• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional project teams, facilitating positive energy/engagement and helping elevate the capabilities of others• Ability to lead project teams day-to-day and collaborate productively• Ability to define a product or platforms strategy and articulate its respective roadmap• Explore and define the dimensions of a Minimum Lovable Products (MLP)• Leverage prototypes to design and develop an impactful user experience• Participate in / conduct research to identify new opportunities for new or existing products and experiences• Tell compelling stories to deliver insights both verbally and visually• Empathize with and champion the voice of the customer and manifest their needs in the form of new and updated features, epics, user stories• Contribute to the innovation planning process and roadmaps through identification of relevant industry trends and new technologies.• Operate in a complex environment with a variety of stakeholders• Assist in building a business case to sell ideas and innovations in• Lead meetings with business stakeholders, engineering, and operations regarding product features or new initiatives.• Interact with design and engineering teams to guide the feature roadmap development and ensure alignment of product designs with technical capabilities and an agile delivery framework• Present to conferences or webinar audiences, if desired

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or job-aligned experience• Team player with the ability to project a professional attitude while also fostering a positive team environment• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and product management software (e.g., trello, JIRA, etc.)• Passion and knowledge of emerging technologies and trends• Ability to work autonomously• Organized and agile• Strong storytelling skills• Program and/or project management• Problem-solving / analytical thinking• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills• Effective “client-facing” communication and presentation skills• Time & Priority management• Supports a hybrid model of remote and in-office timeWilling to travel 20%
