The incumbent will support the various areas of the COO's office by leading, and participating in the execution of several key initiatives, program management of strategic programs, and drive management routine coordination. The incumbent will report to the ICG COO Office Director and will work closely with the ICG COO leadership team and senior management across the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of major initiatives: The incumbent will work closely with the COO leadership team and other senior leaders to ensure the successful execution of major initiatives across the organization. This will involve developing frameworks/roadmaps, project plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating risks

Lead program management of top-of-the house strategic program: This will involve developing and implementing program plans, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and reporting on program performance

Drive the COO management routines: The incumbent will work closely with the COO leadership team to design and drive important management routines, including forums/committees, senior management meetings, business reviews, and other key management processes. This will involve understanding needs from various stakeholders, developing frameworks, and support the COO team in validating agendas, coordinating materials, and facilitating discussions

Candidate Qualifications:Education

Bachelor´s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, preferred

Business and Technical Requirements

7+ experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on operations management, process improvement, and risk management.

Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and implement complex business strategies.

Proven experience in managing large, complex projects and programs.

Ability to work independently, attention to details, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced / dynamic environment

Knowledge on different businesses and areas across Citibank (preferred)

Leadership Competencies

Strong influencer; track record of success influencing the decisions and opinions of others

Exceptional leadership and relationship management

Able to work across the organization to get work done; be a team player/collaborative partner

Proven experience thinking out-of-the-box

Excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences
