- Policy Admin/Claims Admin or Underwriting experience, in Property/Casualty field
- User requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience working with agile teams; can manage multiple assignments effectively
- Ability to lead requirements workshops/JAD sessions
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel capabilities (concatenation, V-look ups, pivots, etc.)
- Expert-level data analysis skills (SQL queries; table joins; data mapping; data dictionary; report design; file layout comparisons; data warehouse/data repository experience)
- Gap analysis between current and future state needs
- Ability to compose QA/UAT plans and manage test execution with business users
- Defect management and resolution
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong influencing and leadership skills
- Self-directed, persistent, results-oriented, flexible to accommodate diverse working styles
