A leading transportation authority located in New York, NY is looking for an IQ for ProjectWise - Computer Support Analyst for a 12 month contract.

Some onsite work is required throughout the life of the contract, and is likely to increase over time. Local candidates only

To be considered for this position, the client has advised that upon placement, consultants will be required to wear a mask under certain circumstances, show proof of full vaccination or submit on a weekly basis proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR diagnostic test.

Required Minimum Experience

  • 5 years working with a document management platform

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil/Structural or Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to prioritize urgent requests and multitask

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience building and publishing customized and interactive dashboards within PowerBI a plus
  • Helpdesk experience preferred
  • Proficient in ProjectWise is a plus
  • Experience with CADD a plus
  • Experience with SQL a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assists with basic administration of the ProjectWise system for the agency Construction & Development (C&D) Agency. This includes user administration, security assignments, project creation, project advancement, project archiving, renditioning.
  • Deliver end user ProjectWise training
  • Provide support to end users (internal and external to agency) who are trying to connect to and use agency's ProjectWise servers.
