- IT Project Manager
- The Project Manager is a vital member of the Risk Transformation Program Management team.
- Reporting to the Lead Program Manager(s) they will provide project management expertise across risk projects and coordinate work across key pillars of client's Transformation plan including: finance, risk and controls, architecture and technology, data, and communication.
- Day to day ownership of program management success
- Supports identification of risks, dependencies and issues across the Program and coordinates mitigation actions
- Support Program management leads in their day-to-day ownership of program delivery, assists in resolving issues escalated by work stream leads, tracks project milestones and deliverables
- Support the program management leads in working with business stakeholders to identify business needs, validate pain points, and determine the high-level value proposition or business case for implementing innovative solutions
- Develop or analyse reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of initiatives, and present findings and recommendations to Program Leads
- Collaborate with other project managers to promote an environment conducive to information exchange
- Support other Risk Transformation projects, as needed
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Program or Project Management with proven success in project management and execution.
- Experience in managing large multi-scrum team Agile projects will be a plus
- Experience in supporting transformation projects and organizational change initiatives will be a plus
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyse data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
- Ability to support a cross-functional project team with varied disciplines.
- A team player who will implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to contribute
- Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively within a heavily matrixed organization
- Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives
- Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive professional attitude
- Experience within the Financial Services or another regulated industry is preferred.

- Looking for a hands-on Project Manager to manage stakeholder reporting for application development projects.
- Will need to be comfortable working with stakeholders and reporting project deliverables across all projects.
- NEED to have stakeholder reporting experience.
- Must have 5 years of Project Management experience
- Must have 5 years for financial markets experience
- Not looking for very senior PMs, mainly looking for 5 to 8 years of experience
- Not Looking for Scrum Masters or telecom/networking project experience.
