IT Support Analyst

Description Administer top-of-line technical support to both on-site and remote users within the New York office and remote regions Aid in installing, configuring, optimizing and documenting systems Collaborate with both external vendors and internal IT to assure that physical kit remains fully serviced and fit for purpose whilst ensuring all work is carried out with great care and due diligence to mitigate impact to the firm Issue and maintenance of laptops, mobile phones and their accessories, AV units, ensure general stock of peripheral items. Advance and reassess ongoing maintenance of procedures documentation Responsible to create and review of relevant systems checks Monitor logged tickets to ensure a high level of service to all staff Participate in relevant user administration 3+ years of experience in a fast paced IT support role Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 desktop Proficiency in supporting Microsoft business product suite (i.e. Office 2016, O365) Experience supporting A/V solutions Zoom, Teams, etc. Experience supporting WLAN infrastructure VDI support and troubleshooting Previously supported/troubleshot VPN connections Use of tools to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with remote users The IT Support Analyst will sit within the Infrastructure Support team within an investment management firm that was founded in Scotland.
