Description Provide support on-site and remote to users in the New York and remote offices. Work with vendors to ensure that physical kit including IT infrastructure remains fully services and fit for purpose. Install, configure, optimize and document systems. Interface with IT teams in Scotland to ensure awareness. Develop and review ongoing maintenance of procedures documentation. Monitor logged and allocated calls to ensure a high level of service. Issue and maintenance of laptops, mobile phones, AV units. Participate in relevant user administration. 3-5 years experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role. Experience in Windows 10 desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, etc. Understanding of network fundamentals. Self motivated with a can-do attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and technical skills. Our client is an investment management firm owned by partners, all who work within the firm.
