- Own and execute the IT Change Management process including reviewing change requests, service requests, post-implementation reviews, and run weekly CAB meetings
- Support key processes, for example Major Incident Management and Problem Management
- Own and execute IT Service Transition process including the implementation of all non-functional requirements (i.e. monitoring, HW, SW, job scheduling, logging, etc.) for assigned services, including documentation, handover, and possibly training
- Support development and documentation of ITIL processes and controls to ensure quality is maintained across all assigned services and support objectives are met
- Participate in IT project teams as assigned to ensure operational readiness before Go Live
- Ensure in-scope global standards and controls are in place and enforced within IT and by our vendors
- Participate in regular and ad-hoc service review, service improvement and incident meetings with service providers. Assist with audits by coordinating with different teams and service providers.
- Help to define, analyze, plan, measure and improve all aspects of the availability of IT infrastructure services. Ensure service providers provide the IT infrastructure services and follow processes, tools and roles to achieve the committed availability targets.
- Work with Cyber Security and IT Risks to ensure service providers are applying regular patches, fixes, zero-day patches to all OSs and other infrastructure applications (e.g. SQL servers).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Computer Science/Math/Science/Engineering background a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in Level 2 support) for infrastructure and applications in a distributed environment
- IT Service Management tools: ServiceNow (experience a plus)
- IT monitoring tools: preferably Solarwinds
- Virtualization technologies: VMWare and Citrix
- ITIL processes: ITIL Certification strongly preferred
- Strong Knowledge of IT infrastructure a must, including server and networking technologies (Cisco and Infoblox)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- International, culturally sensitive mindset
- Experience within the Finance industry and trading systems technology preferred
- Excellent communication skills in an international matrix structure
