- Onboarding of new hires – client wants to get to a place where things are documented per department such as a particular software/hardware one needs in accounting or procurement, etc. to make onboarding process faster and easier
- Ability to follow run book and set up new devices – Lenovo laptops
- Good end user support skills, L1 troubleshooting
- Responsible for coordination between vendor and procurement teams for user on boarding.
- Must setup the desks, laptops (Lenovo), desktops, monitors, whenever needed.
- Must work with internal teams to create accounts and setup user profiles.
- Must pack the equipment methodically and ship it to user locations using FedEx services
- Outstanding presentation, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Must be detail oriented and present great documentation skills
- Provide good, professional end user support
- Ability to follow directions/runbook
- Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Windows
- Experience with Confluence a plus
